I've spent my career at the intersection of people and complex systems by figuring out how to make enterprise platforms, AI-powered products, and large-scale digital experiences feel intuitive for the people who rely on them every day. That curiosity started early with a focus on how technology can better serve underrepresented users, and it's grown into 18 years of designing products across gaming, telecom, retail, and supply chain for companies like Amazon, EA, and UPS.
I believe the best design comes from iteration, honest questioning, and teams that challenge each other. I'm at my best when I'm leading a team through a hard problem and getting my hands into the work by building prototypes, pressure-testing flows, and staying close to the UX discipline. I also care deeply about growing other designers, helping them sharpen their process and find their own voice.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me with my family either hiking the Green Mountains in Vermont or exploring the small shops and cafes tucked around New England.
